In this introductory lab-instense Word course, the student learns from the toolbar how to create, save, format text, and navigate in a document. Cut, paste, copy, find, repair, hyperlinks are functions in preparing a document for distribution. Fonts, line and paragraph spacing/alignment, tabs, indents, bullets, numbering, borders, shading, footnotes and endnotes complete the tasks. Prerequisite: Word I. Do you want to increase your productivity with Word and liven up your documents? In this lab intensive course the student will learn to create and format tables,inserting/deleting rows/columns, sorting table data, splitting/merging cells, performing calculations, and create custom format for table. Learn to illustrate documents using graphics in a text box, WordART, drawing shapes, creating a chart using SmartArt graphics and finalize a page layout. Working with themes and building blocks as well as mail merge completes this course. Text and flash drive requires.
