| Course Preview: | This course will assist students in developing skills to combine imagery and typography in the production of effective layouts for print promotions materials using InDesign. Topics covered will include the function of type in design, pagination, paragraph formatting, layout, and the fundamentals of prepress. Upon completion of this course students should be able to import images and format text to create multi-page documents. |

| Evaluation Procedures: | Students will be required to complete weekly assignments with quizzes after completed chapters. A midterm and final project will be required along with a final exam.
